What to Wear
Please wear sturdy footwear and dress for the weather. There is a lot of standing around to look and talk about the various plants so it can get very cold at times. I would recommend layers.
Important Information
- During the walk we will get to stop and nibble on raw wild foods. Please always double check with me that you have selected the correct plant before eating our finds. We will also handle some inedible and poisonous species.
- Some plants are not suitable for pregnant women so please let me know beforehand or give me a discreet nod if that is the case.

Food
Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements. The base element of the cook-up at the end of the walk is prepared beforehand. The only allergens mainly used are dairy products, but sometimes gluten as well. We can easily make everything vegan/dairy-free if you let us know.
As part of our Covid policy we ask guests to bring their own plate/bowl and fork/spoon. If you are staying in holiday accommodation and can't use theirs just let us know and we can bring some for you.
Duration
The walks usually lasts around 3-4 hours, but this can vary depending on group size and speed levels, plus I do get easily carried away and often run over time so if you need to leave by a certain time please let me know at the beginning.
