Refund Policy

As is common with events such as theatre tickets, cinema tickets, and Feast Nights we can not offer refunds. Money can only be refunded if a performance is cancelled. If there is a local Met Office weather warning of amber or red we will do our best to rearrange a date that is suitable for everyone or a place on one of our other walks, and if not we will issue a refund.

Most of our walks now sell out, therefore if you need to swap the date you originally booked on we require a minimum of 3 days notice so we can advertise that space. ​​You may sell or pass your ticket on to someone else if you could no longer make it.
