It was a very wet day, but without rain we wouldn't have any fungi to find! We loved the contagious excitement of the guests when finding the mushrooms. Everyone got stuck in with lots of good questions. It was an added bonus that we were lucky enough to find a fair amount of prize edible mushrooms for everyone to take some home. 49 different species found, and that wasn't even everything there! This is what we found in 4 hours: Agaricus arvensis / Horse Mushroom (18)
